  I was really impressed with the customer service here. The girls were helpful and friendly. The manager also price matched BigW which was great .

  If i could give no stars that would be generous! What a joke of a store! You cant even dial through/nor do they pick up their phone. Disgrace

  Not that great. While I didn't need to ask staff for help, it still really isn't great. Everything is real expensive and I've noticed (last time I've been) there isn't much in stock nerf-wise. And everything that was in stock was more expensive than say, Kmart.

  Hello my name is rohaj and today i went to big W. i have some very bad thing to tell you here so listen up? I walked in entrance to find lady stare at me! I look away to go buy my epic nerf gun. I walk fast to get nerf gun and boom? Another lady stare at me! This time even close. I grab nerf gun and go to counter to find scared clown. He had A KNIFE????!?!?! I buoyed my nerf gun and ran as fast as a could and was tackled to the ground by 3 staff members they didnt even have a smile on their face. This is not good service and they touch me tiddi, I got put in jail for rape! I lucky got out fast because CCTV camer! I tell you now big w baaaad customer service. Also i call up to find they not answer the phone!?!? Very disappoint 1 star

  Unhpful staffs with no knowledge of the layout and location is simple items. They just all 'think' it 'might' be there. No one helps you find what you need.
